SMPR was established in 2015 by Sophie McGrath who has worked with Australia’s leading consumer, fashion, food, health and lifestyle brands spanning across her 12-year career.

Sophie McGrath is one of few publicists who works cross-category with confidence, seeing her client base grow extensively to include clients in the Food and Beverage, Lifestyle, Environmental, Charity, Fashion and Sport fields. Sophie prides herself on her reliability, authenticity and transparency and has this approach with every one of her clients. Sophie has always and will continue to show people and businesses that PR is fundamental in creating brand awareness.

One-off consulting

One-off consulting = PR power session. Time options include 30 mins, 1 hour or 90 minutes consulting sessions. This service caters for those in need of answers to a few key questions regarding their own PR strategy approach; those who have hit a roadblock or just those that need clarity around the nature of PR.

Services

Creation of media assets

For those who have a strategy in place but need help or lack the time to complete the media assets required, including: writing a punchy media release, gathering quotes from photographers and videographers and outlining briefs for content creation.

Customised media strategy

Outline your media strategy for you to implement yourself. PR Strategies are simple documents to follow which summarise your key objectives, timeline, pitch points to media, media outlets specific to your target audience as well as industry tips that all pro PRs follow.

PR projects and events

A traditional start-to-finish management of a PR project across a number of weeks or months. Media strategy, creation of media assets and project management included. Prices vary depending on workload and hours involved.

Media training

Access to leading media figures who can give you the skills and confidence to handle media requests and interviews like a total pro. One-off or multiple sessions available upon request.
